Sing tien Foo

Prof. Sing Tien Foo is the Provost's Chair Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School and a leading expert in real estate, urban sustainability, and the built environment. He serves on the Management Board of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) and has held numerous leadership positions in international real estate organisations. As a member of the SINGRASS Expert Team, Prof. Sing contributes his expertise in sustainable urban development and healthy buildings, supporting the integration of ecological indoor environments into modern workspaces. His research aligns with SINGRASS's vision of creating greener, healthier, and more sustainable indoor ecosystems that enhance occupant well-being while promoting environmental sustainability. Prof. Sing holds a PhD and MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management from NUS. He is also the principal investigator of the NUS Real Estate Sentiment Index (RESI) and an Honorary Advisor to the PropTech Association of Singapore.
